You can’t compromise with people who hate everything about you. That should already be obvious to every American, and more and more gun owners are waking up to this fact. Case in point?
Last night, just hours after Nancy Pelosi’s House passed H.R. 8 – a Universal Background Check bill – and H.R. 1446 – a mandatory ten-day waiting period bill – radical California Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein filed a massive bill that would ban so-called ‘Assault’ weapons.
If there was even ONE Republican who was tempted to compromise and pass H.R. 8 in hopes of appeasing the anti-gun left, let this be a lesson to them!
Just yesterday, the left celebrated a major ‘win’ for gun control — not that those gun control bills have passed the Senate yet, of course — and they’re already pushing for more. They can’t be appeased. There is no moderate middle.
Details Of The Bill
Many facts about the bill are still forthcoming, but here’s what we know so far about the 125-page bill, S.736/H.R. 1808. Of course, they’re not content just to target AR-15s. No, this bill includes a high-capacity magazine ban and more.
It would:
- Ban over 200 semi-automatic rifles, shotguns, and pistols;
- Ban all magazines that hold over 10 rounds of ammunition;
- Mandate a federal permit to own pre-ban semi-autos;
- Force gun owners who already own these ‘assault weapons’ to keep them secured 24/7, rendering them all but useless if they are facing a violent attacker;
- Require registration of all pre-ban ‘assault weapons’ upon the gun owner’s eventual death, so their children could never inherit them without putting them into a federal database.
As usual, the radical anti-gun crowd goes for the jugular!

Death By A Thousand Cuts
They’re trying to wear gun owners down. They’re trying to wear down principled legislators. From H.R 127, Sheila Jackson Lee’s mega-bill, to H.R. 8, to H.R 1446 and now to S.B. 736. In just under two months, the left has filed and attempted to move four major gun control bills!
They know that gun owners have limited time to be watching for legislative updates, and tracking bills at both the state and federal level. They’re hoping that gun owners will eventually just get too busy, feel like they’ve done enough, or – worst of all – feel like it’s hopeless anyway and stop fighting them.
At the Capitol, the same thing is happening! They want to wear down the few brave legislators who are there and working to defend our gun rights!
But they’re wrong, and gun owners have to prove them wrong!
They can throw a new gun bill at us every WEEK and we’re not going to compromise one inch with the anti-America, anti-gun radicals who want to turn this country into a socialist hellhole.
This is 2021. Gun owners watched in 2020 as the left gave them a tiny glimpse of what they would like for America. Rioting, burning, looting every single night in dozens of cities across the country — while law-abiding citizens were told to ‘sit tight’ when they tried to fill out the paperwork to buy or carry a gun to defend themselves.
The left is in this to win it.
Gun owners are still one of the most powerful political forces in Washington, D.C. but it’s time to stop playing ‘Mr. Nice Guy.’ The left quit playing that game a long time ago.
