Just when you think American’s can handle any more news that sounds totally crazy, Socialist Stacy of Georgia opens her mouth.
Failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacy Abrams –Socialist Stacy, for our purposes — said in an interview on Thursday, April 9th that she’d be “honored” to be chosen as Joe Biden’s running mate.
Best known for not getting elected Governor of Georgia, Abrams did an interview on the political podcast, “Pod Save America.” While on the show, she made it clear that her political aspirations lead all the way to the White House.
Abrams said, “I would be honored to be on the campaign trail as a running mate. But that is a process that you can’t campaign for, and I’m not campaigning for. I’m just being straight-forward. But no matter what, my intention is to ensure that Joseph Biden becomes the next president of the United States.”
Biden Has Floated The Idea
While the idea of Socialist Stacy as the Vice President of America sounds entirely too insane to be a credible threat to many, it shouldn’t dismissed too quickly.
After all, at a campaign event in Iowa, Biden was asked about a female running mate. He mentioned four women, including Socialist Stacy.
“I could start naming people, but the press will think that’s who I picked,” he said, before suggesting “the former assistant attorney general who got fired” (Sally Yates), “the woman who should have been governor of Georgia” (Stacey Abrams), and “the two senators from the state of New Hampshire” (Jeanne Shaheen and Maggie Hassan).
There’s Nothing New Under The Sun
For any who might have forgotten, Abrams served as a Georgia House Representative from 2006 to 2017. But she tried to launch into the big leagues by running for governor and that’s when things went off the rails.
Abrams lost her gubernatorial campaign by 56,000 votes. She then claimed that her election had been stolen from her. She even carried on her act so far as to form “Fair Fight” a foundation for combating election fraud. What a joke.
Further, Abrams herself came under investigation for mismanagement of campaign funds. Then the issue of her back taxes! While owing the IRS more than $50,000 and over $170,000 in credit card and student loan debt, she somehow had the liquid cash to loan her own campaign $50,000.
Huh?
But to all this, Joe Biden must just laugh and shake his head. “Amateurs.” After all, his own and his family’s corruption is so deep and so lucrative that it makes Socialist Stacy Abrams look as squeaky clean as the girl next door.
