(Bishop, Texas) – No charges are expected to be filed in the shooting death of 26-year-old Evan Frost in this South Texas town according to police chief Billy Durbin.
Chief Durbin stated that Frost was shot by one of two juveniles that he was detaining and sexually assaulting in the home, adding that the home was the site of a large marijuana growing operation.
The names of the two females have not been released, but investigators did confirm that Frost was shot three times by the pair.

This incident, as well as the narcotics investigation, is ongoing in conjunction with the Bishop Police Department and the Texas Rangers.
Texas is a Stand-Your-Ground law state.
