(Sapulpa, OK) – When this Sapulpa woman went for a walk with her dog last week, she took her concealed handgun along with her.
As she approached the 1400 block of North Main, she reported to the authorities that a pit bull rushed at her and her dog. The woman said that she was bitten and that the pit bull then attacked her dog, prompting her to shoot at the dog.
Animal control officers responded to the area and captured the pit bull, while the woman’s husband took her to the hospital for treatment.
