(San Antonio, TX) – A 43-yr-old man is dead and a common-law couple is shaken after a heated confrontation turned deadly in the 200 block of West High Rd.
Police say that the 43-yr-old arrived at the home, and started an argument with the homeowner before pulling a gun.
The homeowner ran inside only to have the door shattered by the suspect who forced entry, forcing the homeowner to shoot him with his own pistol.
Investigators say the suspect was hit multiple times and died at the scene.
The couple is cooperating fully and no charges are expected at this time.
